Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Lay Buys
Term – Unless otherwise stated in these T&Cs, standard Lay-by is available on a maximum 10 week term (12 weeks for valid pensioners) and must be paid in full and collected by the finalisation date printed on the receipt. Lay-by must be paid in full before it can be collected. You may collect your Lay-by items at any point during the term if the total Lay-by is paid in full prior to the end of the term.
Minimum Instalments – During the Lay-by term, minimum fortnightly payments of $50 are required to ensure your Lay-by remains active. You are free to pay more than the $50 minimum at any point during your Lay-by term provided that the $50 threshold is met in each instance.
Payments - Payments for an in-store Lay-by may be made in store, or Direct deposit and over the phone.
Payment Methods - Permitted payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, Bank deposit. Accepted gift cards and cash can also be used for in-store Lay-bys.
Cancellation – If you cancel your Lay-by, fail to make payments when they are due, or fail to collect Lay-bys by the due date we will refund you all amounts paid, minus a cancellation fee of $20. This is in addition to the non-refundable. If an item in your Lay-by is withdrawn or recalled, the item will be removed from the Lay-by and a full refund of the item will be processed. In circumstances where the withdrawn or recalled item is the only item in your Lay-by you will also be refunded the service fee, and no cancellation fee will be charged.
No Modification – Lay-by orders cannot be modified.
